Debris Haul-Away in McAllen
Palm fronds don't fit in the green bin. Storm slash doesn't wait for the city's bulky-pickup schedule. And a cleared lot isn't cleared if the brush pile is still there. We load, chip, and haul — same day in most cases — and leave the property swept, not sorry.
What We Haul
- Palm fronds and skirts — the weekly-trim byproduct nobody wants. Fibrous, slow to compost, and ignored by municipal pickup. We chip or load them out.
- Storm slash — limbs, crowns, and frond piles after wind events. If you've already cut it up (or hired the cutting elsewhere), we'll just do the part everyone hates: the haul.
- Clearing debris — the output of land clearing jobs: brush, trunks, chips. Priced with the clear or as a standalone call-out.
- Green waste loads — hedge clippings, shrub trimmings, old sod-edge piles, seasonal cleanup accumulation. One load or standing monthly service.
- Loose lumber-adjacent yard waste — fallen citrus, dropped fruit cleanup in season (a crate of fallen grapefruit under a neglected tree is a wasp factory by July).
Why the City's Pickup Isn't the Answer
McAllen's bulky-item and green-waste programs run on schedules and limits that assume small, tidy, weekly output. A single mature fan palm trim produces a frond pile the size of a pickup truck. Add a hedge renovation and a storm, and you're weeks behind the city's rhythm with a code-enforcement letter in the mailbox. We're same-day or next-day, we take the whole pile in one trip, and the yard ends the day cleaner than it started — raked, blown, and swept.
How Pricing Works
Debris loads price by volume and access: how much, how far we carry it, and whether it's already piled or still scattered. Photos get you a tight range before we roll. Standing service (monthly green-waste route for maintained properties, or scheduled post-trim hauls bundled with palm trims and hedge routes) prices lower per trip than one-off calls.
Where the Debris Goes
Green waste chips compost or go to regional mulch operations; clean palm fiber is used as mulch and animal bedding where accepted. Nothing gets dumped on a resaca bank or an empty lot — and if someone offers you a price that only works by dumping illegally, that's eventually your liability as the property owner. We haul to legitimate facilities and can tell you where.
